The Columns Community Care Center is a skilled nursing and
rehabilitation center located in Catahoula Parish, owned and
operated by CommCare Corporation.
Our staff specializes in providing skilled nursing, long term
care, and short term rehabilitation such as physical, speech,
occupational and restorative therapies. We serve Catahoula and the
surrounding areas. Our state of the art facility works
closely with other regional medical facilities, including Cabrini
Hospital, Rapides General Hospital both located in Alexandria, LA,
Riverland Medical Center located Ferriday, LA and LaSalle General
Hospital located Jena, LA for those needing nursing facility
care.
The Cottages at The Columns Community Care Center, offers a wing
of private rooms and suites for those residents who want a safe,
secure environment while still enjoying some degree of independent
living.
